Drive add size, Terrence Jennings joins roster

Earlier this week, the Grand Rapids Drive added Terrence Jennings to their roster in an obvious move to get bigger and finally rebound the basketball.

A 6-foot-11, 230-pound forward-center out of University of Louisville (2008-2011), Jennings averaged 6.4 points, 1.6 blocks, and 3.8 rebounds in 99 games played for Count Pitino.

Undrafted in the 2011 NBA Draft, Jennings played overseas in the Belgium-Scooore League (BSL) for the Liege Basket Team (2011-2012).

After returning to the States, he was selected in the second round of the 2012 D-League Draft by the Iowa Energy. In 33 games with Iowa, he averaged 4.7 points and 3 rebounds. He has also played for the Erie BayHawks. Starting in 2013, he remained with Erie for most of his career. He was placed on waivers in 2016.

Jennings will wear jersey number 34 while with the team.
