GR Fusion heading into 2017 Spring IBA season

The IBA, the Independent Basketball Association, is returning to Grand Rapids this spring!

Starting on March 25, the Grand Rapids Fusion will be back in action for the 2017 Spring season with a game on the road against the Kenosha Ballers and head to Milwaukee to play the Falcons on April 1. They’ll return home to Grand Rapids on April 8 for a game against the Windy City Blazers. The Fusion host the Blazers again on April 29 before inviting the Peoria Panthers to town on May 6. They¬†return to Kenosha for a Sunday matinee on May 7. May 13 sees the St. Louis Trotters come to town and the Fusion travel to face the Memphis Blues two weeks later on May 27. In June, the Fusion host the Kenosha Ballers on June 3 and visit the Vehicle City Royals on June 4.

Once again, the Fusion will be playing their home games at Kuyper College and Marco Wilkinson will be back on the sidelines coaching.

Player expected to return include “Mr. Double-Double” DeLonzo Wilkins, “Top Flight” Kevin Grant and Randy Jefferson.
